These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the features in this CMS (“the CMS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) that integrate with YouTube Data API Services.
These API-related features are accessible only to authenticated administrators and are intended solely for internal content management purposes.

By using any YouTube-related feature in the CMS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the YouTube Terms of Service

Your use of CMS features that rely on the YouTube Data API is conditional upon your agreement with the:

  • You will not attempt to access private or unauthorized YouTube data

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the API integration for unauthorized scraping or automated harvesting
  • Display, distribute, or store YouTube data outside the CMS unless permitted
  • Use the API for advertising, profiling, analytics, or commercial exploitation
  • Attempt to access private videos, user accounts, or OAuth-protected endpoints
  • Interfere with or exceed YouTube API quotas or rate limits
  • Circumvent API restrictions or usage limitations
  • Use the API integration in violation of applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or removal of API functionality.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

Your use of the YouTube-related CMS features is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

7. Administrator Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your CMS login credentials secure
  • Use the API features only for legitimate editorial and administrative purposes
  • Comply with all CMS security guidelines

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted within the CMS or on the dedicated Terms page.
Continued use of the YouTube-related features constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination of Access
